Why women in Islam do not have freedom?

In order to improve my recitation of Quran, can I practice recitation while listening to it on a CD and reciting along with it loudly? Actually someone told me that I can not recite loudly along with a recitation I am listening to because when Quran is heard one should only concentrate on listening. Does that apply to my case also in which I am basically trying to improve my recitation?

Respected scholar, I had been blessed with daughter on 5 March 2012, As my case is under trial in Islamic court. I came to about the birth of my daughter on 9 Mach 2012 from other sources and rushed to meet her but my mother in law did not enter me the room (Hospital) and called up police, for the same I complained in Islamic court. Judge of that court just called them for not doing so as this is against of any law but did not give any order in written. As my wife needs Khula at the earliest. Can i hang her ? What should i do in this grief situation ?

Salam. A husband had misundersting with his wife regarding a trip she intended to make and the husband warned her that if she make that trip, SHE CEASED TO BE HIS WIFE and she still enberk on the trip. Question: does that his pronoucement means single divorce or all in one (3 divorce)- meaning they can not remary again except she marry some one else ?

I want to introduce myself. I once asked a question here saying is it ok to leave my husband temporary until he start practicing the sunah correctly. U guys answer that It's ok if I'm sure that he will change because of that. But Subhanallah, I did only for a few days because I was disappointing my family according to them so I came back. I came back also because I was newlywed so much in love with my husband I couldnt see, the truth so I stayed with him. I stayed with him my eeman declined so much, because of the environment and because of me not studying no more any Islamic teaching. I became worst than him. I felt that I'm a looser. And I started having lots of fight and yelling with him, not necessarily his faults to start them but both of us and some times me. We didn't have much intimacy most times, and often we only argued and belittled each other. I was very sad and disconnected to Islamic teaching too. It continued like that until his cousin a male came to stay with us. I had my niqab on and my husband always belittled me for that infront of him telling me even his cousin can't see my face I'm abnormal living like that in society. I felt bad and I did the most hideous crime. As I stay with my husband cousin I started conversing with him laughing and joking with. He is so handsome and very comfortable to me at that time because I felt I was worthless to my husband. Once I was alone with him playing, I showed him my face. He immediately felt for me so did I with. We started doing harram and I completely hated my husband. It continued I regretted having this hideous sin with this guy but I continued with him because that was the only place I felt completely satisfied. Me and my husband is just fighting and arguments. I stopped doing this harram with this guy and I will never try to be with him alone. But still I don't enjoy staying with husband but I have a child now . I afraid my family, son would not forgive me. What should I do plz help advice n make dua.

My wife doesn't like to do french kiss. Should I force her to do french kiss or avoid doing that. Apart from french kiss she fulfills all her duties of a wife and doesn't stop me from anything.

We had 2 children with a gap of just 6 months & my wife had to live in pakistan with IN-Laws for 2nd baby's delivery.She experienced a very hard time with them due to their negative behaviour towards her & my elder son who was few months old by the time she got pregnant with 2nd kid. She was humiliated & joked by other relatives for this quick pregnancy. Coz of this mental torture & negative behaviour,, she now hates me & her In-Laws alot. I have asked for her 4giveness & told her tat It was unplanned pregnancy but she doesn't accept anything. It seems she has become my enemy No.1. She just hates me alot & only bearing me coz of kids. I love my wife very much but can't bear her haterness towards me. We didn't hv sex for more than 1yr as she fears for 3rd pregnancy & don't trust me at all even though I told her tat every precautions vl b taken. Plz gv any advice so i can show to her. Also, am I sinful by making her pregnant with 2nd baby without proper gap. I hope u got my problem.. Plz help me as i want to hv good marriage with her.

Assalamu Alaikum! Would like to introduce me as a strong believer in Islam. However, I'm in love with a non-muslim guy(hindu), in which he loved me a lot and me too doing the same. Since I love him, I want him to come out of his ignorance and soon embrace to Islam and believe the only Almighty is Allah and Allah only. I dont wish to marry him as he is now since I know it is haraam(I was having a great hope on Allah, that he'll soon make him realize that the only religion is Islam and he will embrace to the same). From the day 1 when I started loving him, i'm praying a lot that Allah should let him know that there is only one God, that is Allah and none other. Whatever I ask Allah, I ask this as well. My concern is why couldn't he understand that only Allah is there. I dont want him to continue as other non-muslims who is under ignorance. I want him to go towards Jannah(Insha Allah) and his family members as well. Due to his ignorance, he is believing their religion and as I'm asking Allah to realize the fact, I dont know how to explain him that the only God is Allah. Please help me on this. He is a very much understandable person, but this one thing alone he is still under ignorance which is an absolute wrong thing. I would like to marry him as an Islamic person(Hope Allah will make it true, insha allah). Request you all to make dua for us and help me understand what can be done further.
